2.1. Inquiries: Clients can inquire about our photography packages through various channels, including our website, social media platforms, or direct contact. We aim to respond to inquiries promptly and provide all necessary information regarding our services.

2.2. Availability: Our photography packages are subject to availability. We recommend clients to book in advance to secure their preferred date and time. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings if the schedule permits.
2.3. Consultation: We offer a consultation session to understand the client's requirements, preferences, and any specific details they would like to include in their photography package. This consultation can be conducted in person, over the phone, or through video conferencing.
2.4. Contract and Deposit: Upon finalizing the details of the photography package, we will provide a client portal with a contract outlining the agreed-upon services, pricing, and terms and conditions. A deposit, as specified in the contract, is required to secure the booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total package price.

Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
1.1. Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, clients are required to notify us within one week to 48 hours in writing, text, phone call as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs and potential loss of business due to the reserved date. No show within 24 hours will incur a fee at the discretion of the photographer.

1.2. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their photography session, subject to availability. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests. However, rescheduling is subject to our discretion and may incur additional charges if it significantly affects our schedule or requires additional resources.
1.3. If the new date conflicts with date already booked, I apologize for the inconvenience but must honor bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If unable to book your new date I will provide a refund for the booking retainer (if any).
Rescheduling Due To Weather
Photography Sessions will continue as scheduled unless it is physically raining or storming. If rain is present, we can shoot interior surroundings. Another option is we reschedule the entire shoot to my next available appointment. (no reschedule fees will be assessed for inclement weather).
